Q2: Can i get free samples
A: Our factory offer samples with cost (1-2pcs), And cost for sample will be return into the invoice when you place bulk order.

Q3: Can accept the OEM/ODM order ?
A: yes, we can offer the OEM/ODM according the customer design. But have MOQ request when OEM/ODM order.

Q4: Can I mix colors?
A:Sure. you can mix different designs, colors,size as you wish.We will combine shipping for you .

Q5: How Can I order?
A: You can directly place an order on Alibaba or you can send us inquiry ,then we will send you the quotation with details, after
you approved, we will submit assuranced trade order on alibaba.

Q6: What payment terms ?
We accept Tradeassurance Paypal, Western Union, Money Gram and T/T.

Q7: How long take my orders can be ship out?
Production time for Sample order:1-3days after received payment.
Production time for Bulk order: 2-7days or negotiate as request after received payment.

Q8: What is the Shipping method? How long for delivery?
Normally, we use DHL / FEDEX / UPS / TNT / EMS for shipping. It's take around 4-8days to arrive your door.
